The Ukraine company registration process is designed to be efficient, typically spanning from 2 days to 12 days, particularly if VAT registration is required. Following our initial consultation, we provide you with precise timelines tailored to your specific business needs. Interestingly, the paperwork for required documents often takes longer than the actual company registration procedure.
Several factors influence the duration of this process, including corporate and tax structure, necessary licenses, shareholders, beneficiaries, and more. Generally, it takes up to 2 days to open a bank account in Ukraine. However, if one of the beneficiaries is a foreign legal entity, the bank’s beneficiary owners check can extend the process up to 5 days.
In scenarios where a natural person (not a corporation) with a Ukrainian tax ID establishes the company in Ukraine, we streamline the process. The company registration in Kyiv and the opening of a bank account can be achieved within 2 business days. Regardless of the situation, we ensure our clients are well-informed about the time required for each stage of the process.
Transparency is paramount. For the “Open a Representative Office” package, the cost is a flat fee of $1000. This inclusive fee covers legal consultation, document preparation and submission, obtaining a Certificate of Registration, and registration with the tax authorities.
